This is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between "OneDay Web Services LTD" and "User" who uses website or any other platform apps like Mobile, Windows or IOS, and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website", “Apps” or "Services").

This document identifies the services required and the expected level of services


Customer databases are hosted in AWS America in two Availability Zones Each customer database is replicated in real-time on redundant storage located in the same data center

We work with Amazon AWS worldwide hosting provider that always deliver at least 99.0 % uptime guarantee.

So, we can guarantee 99.0% uptime (excluding planned maintenance) (*) We usually deliver much better uptime than this (100% most months), as our providers always deliver a much better uptime than their SLA too.

(*) these metrics refer to the availability of the platform itself for all customers. Individual databases may be temporarily unavailable for specific reasons, typically related to the customer's actions or customizations.

High Availability

Our data centers provide several built-in capabilities to achieve high availability such Elastic Load Balancing, Availability Zones and Auto Scaling.

Each customer database is replicated in real-time on redundant storage located in the same data center, so a failover can happen quickly in case of hardware failure, with no data loss.

Our data centers distribute the traffic between multiple load balancers, and detect when loads increase, and then dynamically add auto scale the environment.

Backups & Disaster Recovery

We backup our customer’s databases daily and keep it for 30 days.

Backups replicated on at least 2 different machines in different data centers in America Users can create and restore manual backups of their live data at any time

For a permanent disaster impacting one server only, our Disaster Recovery Plan the same AWS metrics:

* Zero RPO (Recovery Point Objective)

* Less than 60 second’s RTO (Recovery Time Objective) i.e. the service will be back online after a maximum of 1 minute (Standby promotion time + DNS propagation time included)


The safety of your data is very important to us, and we design our systems and procedures to guarantee it.

SSL - All web connections to client instances are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption (HTTPS with a 2048-bit modulus SSL certificate), and running behind “Grade A” SSL stacks. All our certificate chains are using SHA-2 already.

Reliable Platform - Servers with full hardware guarantee, redundant data storage, network and electrical supplies

Passwords - Customer passwords are protected with highly secure standard encryption methods

Safe System - Our servers are running recent Linux distribution with up-to-date security patches, with firewall and intrusion countermeasures

Isolation - Client data stored in dedicated databases - no sharing of data between clients, no access possible from one database to another

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our servers via third-party networks; any transmission is at your own risk.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
